Draft work feedback - 3 Jan

Some excellent work produced to date - I think that your contents page is extremely well constructed and looks very professional.
I will go through some points on your front cover which I think you can improve upon - you need some variations in your cover lines (fonts, sizes, styles etc) and I think with some fine detail, it will look great. One thing about your main cover line - I think you need to add her name to the main cover line somehow - this is a typical convention in magazine design.
You DPS is coming along nicely and the main components are all there. Again, don't forget the fine detail. Well done!

Feedback - 13 Dec

Becky,

some excellent work to date and I can find little fault with any of the work you have completed to date. There are a couple of things missing:

1 - you need an analysis for your colour and font mood boards, similar to the one completed for your target audience and advertisers;

2 - you haven't uploaded your initial ideas statement.

Please get these completed and uploaded ASAP. I will be reviewing your 3 product drafts over the Xmas holidays and your work is to go through your main checklist and finish off all the rest of the planning and any outstanding research work. I did notice that you didn't have any rough sketches posted yet, again if you have completed them, get them on your blog ASAP.

Well done to date - your practical work is really taking shape and so far your research and planning looks to definitely achieve in the top grade boundary (16 to 20 out of 20). I'm sure you can maintain this and hopefully achieve an A grade in the coursework unit. Well done.

Carl.
